Dear colleagues,

we are delighted that we will soon be welcoming you to beautiful Estonia. Estonia, the northernmost of the Baltic states, is characterised by its rich history and breathtaking nature.

Our destination will be Vihula Manor Country Club & Spa, an idyllic manor house in the heart of Lahemaa National Park. This historic property offers the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and nature experience. Here we will spend the days almost alone and hold our meeting. The manor house dates back to the 16th century and has been lovingly restored to combine modern luxury with historic charm. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes, it offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities and brief relaxation in between.

Our host this year will be the team from Leca Estonia. Leca Estonia has a long and successful history as a manufacturer of lightweight aggregate (keramsite) products, starting its journey in 1991 under the name AS Leharu with just 2 employees. Over the years, the company expanded its infrastructure and developed its production lines, becoming a leader in the Baltic construction market. By 1995, it became part of Svensk Leca AB and was rebranded as Fibo ExClay Eesti AS. The company continued to innovate and grow, introducing new products such as lightweight blocks and lintels, expanding its operations to Latvia, and increasing its workforce to over 100 employees by the mid-2000s.

In 2008, Saint-Gobain Group acquired the company, which was later renamed Leca Eesti OÜ in 2017 after the division of Saint-Gobain Ehitustooted AS. Today, Leca Estonia continues to be a trusted partner in the construction industry, with a dedicated team and a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.
